Last night was the Heineken Red Star Soul Party, and many celebrities strutted their stuff on the red carpet. There were definitely some fashion hits and misses worn to this event. From the ladies below who do you think has the best look?

In case you did not know, A Raisin In The Sun is coming to t.v. The broadway play will be airing soon on ABC. Last night was the west coast premiere of the television movie.

Sanaa Lathan looked elegant, and fabulous. She really knows what looks good on her.

Gabrielle Union looked very chic, and I love the way she paired this cream dress with brown accents. She always looks very fun and flirty.

Essence Atkins has been M.I.A. for a minute, but it’s good to see her out. This outfit is ok, but a little dated. We have seen this type of club dress before, and she wore too many accessories.

Elise Neal is wearing a very cute a-line dress, however the shoes are a monet. From far away they look ok, but up close they are a mess. Also these shoes look like they are killin’ her feet.

High school musical alum, Monique Coleman looked great. She was simple yet chic, and I love her feminine classy dress. The belt was a great addition to really give her a shape and show off her curves.

Last night was the premiere of First Sunday, a new movie starring Ice Cube and Tracy Morgan. The red carpet was wild with leopard print, and it was all wrong. The top that Elise Neal is wearing  does nothing for her figure, and the long tie sash in the front is doing way to much. Also she is committing a big fashion don’t, never wear animal print on top and on your shoes at the same time. It just looks tacky. Kelis’ haircut is cute, and I do like the  baby blue color on her, however that leopard bag does not go well with her outfit. A dark brown bag would’ve suited this look better.
