Diddy will be gracing the cover of the October ‘Black on Black’ L’Uomo Vogue music issue. The other night there was a party celebrating his stylish cover honor at 1OAK in NYC. As the guest of honor Diddy looked handsome and dapper as usual. His past assistant Capricorn on the other hand look looked drunk, and why is she wearing a carpet jacket? Last week Michelle Obama was named one of the best dressed woman in the world, by Vanity Fair Magazine. Quickly on the heels of that announcement, rumors began flying that Vogue editor at large, Andre Leon Talley would be styling Michelle Obama. Well that rumor is false, and Andre gave this statement:

“[L]et me go on record saying that I have never, ever given her any advice on what to wear. To put the record straight, I think that Michelle Obama does not need advice.”

Yesterday was one of the most fabulous fashion events of the year, “Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy” Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum. This was a star studded event, and the majority of those who attended looked elegant, sophisticated, and of course chic.

Thandie Newton was working it in this short black lace mini. I like the look, however I think she should of worn something a little more formal to this event.
