Last night was the Toyota and Essence magazine “If Looks Could Kill” party. And from the look of many who attended the bash, they looked dressed to kill. There is some sad news to report in the fashion industry today. It is been reported all over the internet, and even E! News mentioned it. Kanye West and Alexis Phiefer have broken up earlier this week. This stylish duo will no longer be fashion’s best dressed couple. Normally there is one stylish star,that receives the title of Scene Stealer of the week, however this week there are two. Last night was the “Evenings in Vogue” party held in New York. By far the most stylish women there were singer/model, Cassie, and designer, Alexis Phifer. The lace detail on Cassie’s top is sexy, but not too revealing. It is so chic. The black skin-tight pencil skirt fits her like a glove. Alexis’ grecian inspired, off the shoulder dress is fabulous. I love the navy color on her. The nude shoes she is wearing, elongate her legs. She made a great choice of wearing a nude shoes, as so not to draw attention away from her show-stopping dress.
Kanye and his fiance, Alexis are still in Paris and attended the opening ceremony of Grandlifenyc.com. This duo always looks so chic. Style seems to come so naturally to the both of them. I really love how they match well together with these outfits, but it doesn’t look like they are trying to hard. The silver metallic pumps Alexis is rockin’ are hot.
Paris fashion week is currently going on. Kanye and his fiance, Alexis attended the Stella McCartney Fall 2008/2009 show. This pair is always so stylish. I love Alexis’ brown suede bag with the fringe on the bottom, and only Kanye can pull off wearing pants that color. They are such a chic couple.
