Kyla Pratt recently celebrated a birthday at the Geisha House in L.A., and turned 23 years old. She also turned heads in this form fitting wine colored satin dress. She looked very nice. I do wish she would have worn a more attention grabbing color for her jewelry. An emerald green color would have really made this look a 10.
