Brandy’s Horrible Outfit

The other day Brandy was spotted out and about shopping with her friend Tyrese. She wore this hideous outfit, and I honestly do not know what she was thinking. Ripped jeans will be a trend coming up in spring 2009, but this is taking it to the extreme. Brandy this is so not a good look.
