I almost didn’t recognize Kelly in this glamorous outfit. She looks great, and its good to see her on the scene again since having to cancel her tour due to poor ticket sales. Kelly Rowland attended the InStyle Beauty Awards last night. This look is a perfect ten. I liked that she played down her accessories and shoes, since this dress is already so eye-catching. It keeps all the focus on her dress.

Ok I am all for being casual every once in awhile, but Tracee Ellis Ross is way to frumpy in this outfit, while walking her dog. Ladies there is way to be casual and cute at the same time. Her sweater jacket would’ve looked a lot better had she worn it with some bootcut jeans, instead of the ‘purple rain’ sweatpants. Don’t use being casual as an excuse to looking crazy.

By now everyone knows about the recent breakup between Eddie Murphy and Traci Edmonds. Well the other day Eddie was spotted out and about in Las Vegas, at the Bellagio. Here he was seen having a good time and dancing with random women. Aside from all of that, what is going on with his style? Is it me or is Eddie channeling a little Nino Brown in this outfit? All he is missing is the dookie gold chain.

Forrest and Keisha Whitaker looked great on the red carpet last night at the SAG Awards. Keisha is wearing a Jenny Packham dress, and Forrest is wearing Bottega Veneta.

Vanessa Williams is my pick for best dressed last night at the SAG Awards. She is glowing in this Escada gown. Love it!

Tichina Arnold looked nice, however I am never a fan of horizontal prints. I do like the color dress she wore.

Ludacris looked very dashing on the red carpet. I love the shirt and tie combo with his suit.

I love Taraji P. Henson, but I do not love this dress. It is not figure flattering, and it is a bit too young for her. This dress would have looked better on a teenager or someone in their 20’s. The sequence on the mid-section draws more attention to that area.

Chandra Wilson’s dress is not a favorite of mine, but I do like the her choice of color she wore. Once again horizontal stripes are not any woman’s friend. The dress makes her look shorter than she really is. The saving grace of this look is her hair, which looks great.

Over the weekend Ashanti hosted a party at Pure nightclub. Her outfit is cute, but a bit outdated. We have all seen this look before. She is wearing trends that have seen better days. The wide belt it out, and red with black and white is out. Overall cute, but not on trend.

Rihanna is pictured here arriving at the NRJ Awards that were held on Saturday. I like this dress on her, but I can’t really see anyone else pulling it out. It is a fashion risk, but on her it works. The grey color of the dress also looks great on her bronzed skin tone.

Jaslene, the cycle 8 winner of America’s Next Top Model, looks way too skinny. This picture is borderline sickening. Tyra needs to stop promoting skinny girls like she does on her show. Can there for once be a model of a helathy size, who eats, and does not smoke to stay thin? Jaslene seems to be naturally thin, but this dress does absolutely nothing for her body type. There is to much fabric, and the low back that exposes her back bones is not chic.

Christina Milian hosted the Cielo Garden and Supper Club one year anniversary in Miami. Her khaki dress looked very cute, and often times khaki dresses are not that chic. Sanaa Lathan is the scene stealer of the week. Here she attended the premiere of Raisin in the Sun in Sundance. Sanaa is right on trend with this look. Wide belts are so last season and it is all about the skinny belt. Use a skinny belt to chinch in the waist to create an hourglass shape. This cranberry color dress looks great on her skin tone, and the dress fits her like a glove.

Keyshia Cole attended a hand print ceremony at Planet Hollywood yesterday, with the cast of the new movie, How She Move. Her outfit is ok.  She does look cute, however this fashion look is a bit to matchy matchy. The yellow boots are bit too much, and the long hanging necklace seems out of place with the entire look.
